Facebook has updated their business page functions, and you are now able to control if visitors can post comments on posts delivered by your business pages (including posts from your business page into a group).
Visit your Business Page
Click Settings
Click General
Click Visitor Posts section
Click button to “Allow photo and video posts”
Click button to “Review posts by other people before they are published to the Page”
Save
Now posts that are from your Business Page will allow photo comments!
