Currently Facebook and LinkedIn do not allow tagging via their public API (which is how software connects with Facebook), so to tag someone, you must wait for the post to be delivered and then you can edit the post and tag them. If Facebook ever decides to allow for tagging, then we will happily allow tagging as well.
Instagram and Twitter tags will work if you add the correct @username.
