There are various reasons why your Facebook profile has been disconnected from your CinchShare account. The two most common reasons are that you may have recently changed your Facebook password or the Facebook’s security protocol disconnected your business integrations in order to protect your profile from misuse.
To reconnect your Facebook profile to your CinchShare:
Make sure that you are currently logged into the Facebook profile that you previously connected to your CinchShare account. If you are not, visit https://www.facebook.com and logout and login to the appropriate profile.
Go to https://app.cinchshare.com/Account/Networks and locate the “Connect Facebook” button located on the Facebook Tab
You may be required to grant permissions to the CinchShare app. Make sure to read through the options and grant the required permissions in order for CinchShare to properly connect with your Facebook profile.
